Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Special Notes

  • Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the service before the end of the withdrawal period and you have expressly consented to this.
  • For discounted offers or special promotions, there is no right of withdrawal.
  • When downloading files, there is no right of withdrawal. By downloading, you unseal the file and thereby open access to it.
  • For registrations for events, accompanying programs and Master Paths (Meisterwege), services that have already been rendered or carried out cannot be withdrawn.
